Vihaan Shukla is a Year 12 IB student at Dubai International Academy, Emirates Hills and the Founder of YouthPropel, a student-led initiative dedicated to expanding access to educational, leadership, and career-development opportunities for young people.

Passionate about youth empowerment and student leadership, Vihaan has built and led initiatives focused on creating meaningful impact beyond the classroom. Through YouthPropel, he has engaged more than 500 students across the UAE and India through seminars, mentoring, and outreach programmes designed to help students become more informed, globally aware, and future-ready.

• Selected as a Youth Ambassador to represent the UAE at the World Literacy Foundation (WLF).

  • Partaking in the WLF Youth Ambassador Programme 2026 to raise awareness for pressing global​ issues such as lack of access to quality education and basic educational resources globally.

• Co-Founder & Director-General, Voices of the Future MUN (VOFMUN)

  • Founded and leads operations for a career-focused Model United Nations conference designed to connect diplomacy, public speaking, and real-world career pathways.

• Deputy Secretary-General, DIAMUN 2027

  • Part of the Secretariat leadership team for the Gulf region’s largest Model United Nations conferences.

  • Previously served as part of the Events team for DIAMUN 2026 where I played a central role in planning and delivering our flagship annual conference for 800+ participants from 20+ schools across the globe.

• President, Student Council (Former)

  • Led student voice, initiatives, and engagement within school as part of the school’s leadership team.

  • Planned several academic and extracurricular events & opportunities for students throughout the school year.
